FALL BATON TWIRLING CLASSES

Monday classes begin August 31st, 2009, Windermere Sept. 14th

Tuesday: Holy Family Catholic School, Baton I Class 3:15-4:15 pm

Wednesday: Kissimmee Charter Academy, K-4th grade 3:00-4:00, 5th-8th grade 4:00-5:00 pm

Wednesday: Kissimmee Community House, Baton I 6:00-7:00, Baton II 7:00-8:00 pm

Thursday: Canoe Creek Charter Academy, Rec class 4:00-5:00 pm

Thursday: St. Cloud Parks & Rec Center, Baton I-6:00-7:00, Baton II 7:00-8:00 pm

GETTING STARTED

The initial cost is $75.00. This includes the annual registration fee, equipment (baton) and 1st month of class.

FEES & ATTENDANCE

Our monthly tuition is $40.00 and is due at the first class of each month. Checks are to be made out to Rhapsody Baton. A $10.00 late fee is charged for any payments made after the 10th of the month.

As this is a recreation program, attendance is at your discretion. We encourage regular attendance for your child whenever possible. If you choose to miss a class, tuition will not be prorated. You do have the option of attending a makeup class at one of our other locations.

ATTIRE

Proper attire would include T-shirt and shorts or warm up pants. Flat soled tennis shoes and socks are required for safety and comfort. Hair should be pulled away from the face in a ponytail or bun.

CLASS EQUIPMENT

Each student will need a properly sized baton for class. Batons are $25.00 and are included with your registration package. No equipment orders will be placed until after receipt of payment.

FUN OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF CLASS

Our program offers optional activities for your child’s enjoyment. You may participate if you wish in numerous parades, community performances, our annual “Nutcracker Production” held in Downtown Celebration during the month of December and our Spring Showcase. Participation in any of these additional events is NOT mandatory. You may attend as many or few as you like.
